What to expect?

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our calm, minimalist studio designed to help you feel relaxed and at ease. For your first class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the reformer and explain how the equipment works.
Classes are small and supportive, with a maximum of six people per session. You’ll be led through controlled, low-impact movements that focus on strength, stability, mobility and mindful breathing.
Our instructors will offer clear demonstrations and modifications where needed, ensuring you feel confident and supported at every stage. Expect to leave feeling stronger, calmer and more connected to your body.
