Align and Awaken
Our Beginner Reformer class is designed for those new to Reformer Pilates or looking to build a strong foundation. This class focuses on learning the basics of the reformer, correct technique and safe, effective movement.
You’ll be guided through slow, controlled exercises that improve core strength, posture, flexibility and overall body awareness. With an emphasis on breathing, alignment and control, this class offers a supportive environment to move at your own pace and gain confidence on the reformer.
Power and Flow
Our Intermediate Reformer class is designed for those who are familiar with the fundamentals and ready to build strength, control and endurance. This class introduces more challenging sequences, increased resistance and flowing transitions to deepen your practice. You’ll work through full-body movements that enhance core stability, balance and coordination, while continuing to focus on precision, breath and alignment. Expect a dynamic yet controlled workout that leaves you feeling strong, energised and supported.

Our 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions offer a fully personalised approach to movement, tailored to your individual goals and needs. These private sessions allow for focused instruction, precise technique correction and bespoke programming, making them ideal for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice.
